Tip#21: Make your file hidden
Have you ever tried to hide the file or the folder that may need privacy. Here is the solution for you. You can hide the file without using any software just by typing some commands.
Here are the steps to be followed.
1. Open "Run" by pressing "WIN+R".
2. Type "cmd" and press enter to enter Command Prompt.
3. Then type the command "attrib +s +h filename" and hit enter.
4. Thus folder can be locked and is not visible even if you go for "Show hidden files and folders" in the View bar.
5. To regain the file type the command "attrib -s -h filename" and hit enter
Note: File name should be complete path like if a folder "secret" present in drive E, then file name should be E:\secret.
